Our Arched headed hardwood gate is a gate to drive your neighbours green with envy! Featuring a solid full-thickness elegant semi-circular arching head, the gate makes a real impact and for a magnificent entrance to your property or garden; this is guaranteed to provide you with many favourable comments, and a few envious thoughts!
The arched gate, shown right, is the fully-boarded pedestrian gate in Meranti (Hardwood). The rear view of our Arched headed gate, showing the strength and craftsmanship we put into all of our gates, is shown below right and the open boarded version of our arched gates is shown below left.
Each and every gate is carefully made to measure by time served craftsmen, and are available in smooth planed Hardwood (European Oak, Meranti and Idigbo) only; this gate is not available in Softwood. The boarding is jointed into the semi-circular head ensuring maximum protection for the end grain of the boarding and ensuring a professional finish and longevity for your gate. This is only available as a pedestrian gate and is only made to measure up to a maximum width of 4ft (1220mm) wide. This is ideal as a matching pedestrian gate to either our Beaumaris or Caernarfon driveway gates. How attractive would your home look with these?

Wedged morticed and tenon jointed construction
All sizes referred to as EX are sawn sizes, once planed the timber will generally finish at approx 1/4" (5mm) less,
i.e. EX 3" (75mm) would generally finish at approx 2 3/4" (70mm).
