I've just got around to unpacking and fitting the doors you delivered to me last November. I am very pleased with the doors and the craftsmanship is excellent. I can't speak highly enough of the doors, the framing for the windows is great and the measurements were spot on. The preservatives you recommend, Sikkens - I have used a Teak finish. Neighbours have commented and said how nice they look. I am really proud of them and the price including delivery makes me feel I have a real bargin.

I am a Cabinet maker and can turn my hand to most skills working with wood, so I do know the difference between a good and bad job. I am pleased to see in the construction the use of wedged mortice and tenon joints, this is how I would have done the job, had I the time and a workshop big enough to construct them. We will certainly give your details to anyone who asks where we got the gates from.

The existing garage door aperture turned out to be almost perfectly square, so fitting was achieved with an absolute minimum of trimming. How often does THAT happen?!!
