Conway-style Doors Scandinavian Redwood

Manufactured on a through wedged morticed and tenon jointed frame in preservative treated (straw coloured) Scandinavian Redwood (Unsorted Softwood) and ready for painting or staining.

Based on our Conway garage doors but with a barefaced bottom rail (seen from the rear only) rather than our usual full thickness bottom rail – ideal if you need to trim to suit an uneven floor as you can take upto 100mm / 4” without affecting the strength of the doors.

The doors are rebated on the meeting stiles, so do overlap each other when closed. The Conway comprise six openings for glazing per door which are already pre-beaded from the inside – simply pull the beads out and insert your own glazing. Depending on your installation the doors can open in or out.

From the outside (assuming the doors open out) then the right hand door opens first. Height = 2155mm Overall width (Both doors combined) = 2122mm wide Leaf size (each door) = 1067mm wide Openings for glazing = 12 in total (6 per door) each being approx 332mm high x 293mm wide Thickness – 45mm Timber sections – Stiles/Head/Transome – 95mm x 45mm Barefaced rails – 95mm x 23mm Glazing bars – 45mm x 45mm We do not supply the glazing with our doors.

No garage door frame is included, if a door frame is required then please contact us for more info and prices. Can be collected from our workshops or delivery can be arranged – if collecting then please give us a call so we can put the doors to one side for you.
