Thank you for your order!
Thanks for your order; you’ll soon be the proud owner of a shiny new set of gates, garage doors or doors. Below, you’ll find some useful delivery information, as well as some other gate and door do’s and don’ts!
Delivery instructions.
Carrier Delivery
If you’re the other side of the country to us, then delivery will be by national carrier. We regret that we are unable to give you a time for delivery for your gates or doors, as your new gates/doors class as bulky items and timed deliveries are not available. If there is no sign of your delivery by 2PM (on the day of delivery), then please give us a call on 01745 362444 and we can usually chase it up for you and get an estimated time of arrival.

Once you receive your delivery, YOU are responsible for checking the condition of your impressive packages. Please examine the outer packaging thoroughly prior to signing and if there is ANY visible sign of anything untoward, (rips, tear, packing tape hanging off etc) however small, then please sign for them as ‘Damaged’.
Please DO NOT sign for them as ‘Unchecked’, ‘Not inspected’ or anything similar. If in any doubt at all, please sign for them as ‘Damaged’. This will allow you the chance to unpack everything for further inspection.
Local delivery
For local deliveries in North Wales and surrounding areas, we usually make the deliveries ourselves. A day and time slot will be arranged with you in advance; we may need your assistance unloading your new shiny gates/doors once we arrive; we don’t want to damage them carrying them up your driveway!

You can, if you wish to, leave feedback in a couple of ways:
Freeindex
If you’ve never used it to review anyone in the past, (Why not?! It’s a great place to review small businesses both locally and throughout the UK!), then here is a quick step-by-step guide to leaving a review:
1 Go to the profile page for the business that you want to review. Our page is here
2 Click on the button marked “Write Review”.
3 Enter the text of your review and select the star ratings that you want to award to that business (Fingers crossed for a five!).
4 Click on the button marked “Post Now”.
5 The login / registration form will appear. If you already have a FreeIndex account, please click on the option marked “Already Registered? Login Now” and follow the instructions from that point.
6 If you don’t have a FreeIndex account, please register by entering your name, email address, and postcode, as well as a password for your account. Check the box to agree to their Terms of Use and then click on the button marked “Register Now”.
7 You can also register by using your Facebook, Google, Windows or Yahoo! account; just click on the relevant icon on the right of the form.
8 Now go to your own email account and look for the account activation email from FreeIndex. (Check your Junk folder for that email if you can’t find it straight away, it sometimes likes to hide in there!) Click on the link contained in that email to activate your FreeIndex account and publish your review on the site.

Google +
Once you’ve ended up on our Google + page, you’ll need to click on the little pencil shaped icon (next to our Company name at the top of the page).
At this stage, if you’re not signed in, you will be prompted to. Simply write your review, rate us out of 5 using the star system for the various things and then click publish and you’re done! We hope you’re happy and give us a full compliment of stars!
Blogger?
If you’re an avid blogger on the Internet and you LOVE what we’ve made for you, then why not tell the world in a blog post? We’ll be eternally grateful, and will send loads of positive vibes to you over the ether!
