Non-made to measure items
All of our products are covered by a comprehensive 30 Day Returns Policy.
If an item is faulty or defective, you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 Days and we will pay for the return postage.
Buyers are responsible for return postage if an item is unwanted or you changed your mind.
A refund or exchange will be available if items are returned unused, intact, un-opened and in the original packaging within 30 Days for exchange or a refund.

Before you return your item, please make sure that:
You include a cover note containing
- your name (order was placed in),
- order number,
- the email address you placed the order with
- the products you are returning and reason for return
- and finally action you wish us to take (i.e. replacement, refund or credit note)
Without the above information there will be delays in actioning your return.
For refunds please allow at least 5 working days from receipt of returned items to refund being processed.
Made to Measure products
All our gates & garage doors are made to measure to our customers required sizes/specifications and therefore a bespoke product and there is no right of return under the distance selling regulations should you decide that you no longer require the order.
If in the unlikely even upon receipt of the gate or door you find they are not to the specification requested (i.e. incorrect style, sizing or timber) then you have 7 days from receipt of delivery to notify us in writing at enquiries@woodworkersuk.co.uk and we will arrange to pick the item back up and bring it back to our workshops for it to be remade.
If you receive a damaged delivery then we again need notifying in writing at enquiries@woodworkersuk.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of order and we will arrange for a repair of remake of gates where applicable.
