Whilst every effort is made in the selection of timber used, and we are very proud of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for small defects in timber which occur after the products have left the workshop due to the natural movement of timber.
Gates and garage doors are supplied ready for final decoration. Customers should apply at least 3 coats of a finish of their choice prior to installation or immediately after. Failure to do so may result in damage to the timber, which we will not be held responsible for.
Gate posts – Some air cracks, shakes and splits may appear in timber gateposts after installation ( and treatment by the customer). This is normal due to the natural movement of timber.
We will not accept responsibility for the twisting of gates or doors where automation is fitted.
