Bottom field gate hinge in a black powder coated or galvanised finish.
88mm / 125mm long x 50mm wide x 6mm thick suiting a 3 inch to suit a 75mm thick gate all to suit a 19mm pin.
Supplied individually, so if a pair are required then you will need to order two. No fixings included.
Sometimes used as a top hinge on a pair of automated gates, the field gate bottom hinges are usually combined with the longer top hinges ( either 12″ / 300mm, 18″/400mm or 24″/600mm long).
Also known as wraparound hinges, as being a double strap hinge the gate sits within the hinge which is visible from both the front and rear of the gates.
If fitted between posts then this will allow the gates to swing open in either direction.
All take a standard 19mm pin.
Each hinge fits to the field gates with one coachbolt (goes right the way through the gate) & 2 screws (one from each side of the gate).

Why a shorter field gate bottom hinge?
The bottom field gate hinge is in normal circumstances shorter than the top hinge, due to the bottom hinge just fitting to the stile (vertical upright) of the gate. Top hinge is then longer as sits over the stile and full thickness top rail/head of the gate.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
All orders received prior to 12pm on the day are despatched the same day using DPD for a fully tracked delivery.
If you are happy for the items to be left somewhere safe (i.e. either with a neighbour or somewhere secure on your property) then please do let us know in the ‘Customer notes’ section of our checkout page.
Once despatched your will receive an email and text (if we have a mobile telephone number for you) from DPD confirming that they have your parcel.
On the day of delivery you’ll again receive an email/text from DPD with an approx 1 hour time slot from DPD. If you are not able to be present to receive your parcel you can then rearrange delivery for an alternate day or get the parcel delivered to the nearest DPD pickup shop for you to collect at your convenience.
Please note that due to Brexit we are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland or Europe.

Returns
All of our products are covered by a comprehensive 30 Day Returns Policy.
If an item is faulty or defective, you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 Days and we will pay for the return postage.
Buyers are responsible for return postage if an item is unwanted or you changed your mind.
A refund or exchange will be available if items are returned unused, intact, un-opened and in the original packaging within 30 Days for exchange or a refund.

We’re a small family run company, who come from a long line of carpenters and joiners, you could say it’s in our blood.
Based in Rhyl, on the beautiful North Wales coast we produce made to measure wooden gates, side hung wooden garage doors and general joinery items. We began making our own range of gates and garage doors back in 1989, but our business is based on decades of carpentry and joinery expertise that stretches back over three generations. Our work today is still based on the teaching, techniques and craftsmanship of our forefathers.
