Plain handled ring gate latch in a black powder coated finish, galvanised finish, black on galvanised finish and satin marine grade stainless steel finish.
The ring gate latch as its name suggests is a simple latch with a round shaped handle fitted to gates and can be used on either pairs of gates, single pedestrian gates or even external doors. To operate from either side of the gate, simply twist the handle to lift the latch up enabling the gate to open.
The set comprises latch handle (with tapering latchbar), handle, receiver, keep and 90mm spindle bar and fits to the gates using screws (available as an optional extra). If you require a longer bar then we can supply a 150mm bar in it’s place FOC, just leave a message stating this on check out page. Also available as a twisted handle ring gate latch.
Screws are supplied as standard with the black on galvanised and Marine Grade Stainless Steel ringlatches.
Spindle bar that sits through the gate (and allows the latch to be operated from either side) may need cutting to size depending on your gate thickness, this is easily done with a junior hacksaw.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
All orders received prior to 12pm on the day are despatched the same day using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD for a fully tracked delivery.
If you are happy for the items to be left somewhere safe (i.e. either with a neighbour or somewhere secure on your property) then please do let us know in the ‘Customer notes’ section of our checkout page.
Once despatched your will receive an email and text (if we have a mobile telephone number for you) from DPD confirming that they have your parcel or Royal Mail with tracking details confirming that they have your parcel
For DPD deliveries, on the day of delivery you’ll again receive an email/text from DPD with an approx 2 hour time slot from DPD. If you are not able to be present to receive your parcel you can then rearrange delivery for an alternate day or get the parcel delivered to the nearest DPD pickup shop for you to collect at your convenience.
Please note that due to Brexit we are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland or Europe.

If an item is faulty or defective, you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 Days and we will pay for the return postage.

A refund or exchange will be available if items are returned unused, intact, un-opened and in the original packaging within 30 Days for exchange or a refund.

We’re a small family run company, who come from a long line of carpenters and joiners, you could say it’s in our blood.
Based in Rhyl, on the beautiful North Wales coast we produce made to measure wooden gates, side hung wooden garage doors and general joinery items. We began making our own range of gates and garage doors back in 1989, but our business is based on decades of carpentry and joinery expertise that stretches back over three generations. Our work today is still based on the teaching, techniques and craftsmanship of our forefathers.

Excellent quality latch. Had to saw a little off the latch and the spindle for my circumstances but that was expected.
Good solid product. As on any galvanised catch, the finish is slightly rough but perfectly good for an outside gate. Good thick metal, so nice and strong.
Exactly the part I needed to fix our dodgy gate. Delivered in very good time and a high quality part.
