Choosing Hinges
First choose your hinges and select how many pairs of hinges are required – default is one pair of hinges (i.e two hinges which is enough for one door, for a pair of doors two pair of hinges are required. For doors over 2130mm high, a third hinge should be added. The length of a hinge is denoted by door width – for normal domestic use the hinges should be 1/3 (one third) of the width of the each door. For industrial or heavy domestic use then hinges should be 1/2 (half) of the width of the door.
Dropbolt #1
The dropbolt secures the secondary door to the floor.
Dropbolt #2
Bow handle bolts aren’t available in Premium Black, so a Dropbolt is used in its place. The Dropbolt is used to secure the secondary door to the frame.
Locks
Choose your favoured method of locking the doors, using either a Sashlock, Deadlock or Padbolt.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
All orders received prior to 12pm on the day are despatched the same day using DPD for a fully tracked delivery.
If you are happy for the items to be left somewhere safe (i.e. either with a neighbour or somewhere secure on your property) then please do let us know in the ‘Customer notes’ section of our checkout page.
Once despatched your will receive an email and text (if we have a mobile telephone number for you) from DPD confirming that they have your parcel.
On the day of delivery you’ll again receive an email/text from DPD with an approx 1 hour time slot from DPD. If you are not able to be present to receive your parcel you can then rearrange delivery for an alternate day or get the parcel delivered to the nearest DPD pickup shop for you to collect at your convenience.
Please note that due to Brexit we are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland or Europe.

Returns
All of our products are covered by a comprehensive 30 Day Returns Policy.
If an item is faulty or defective, you can return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 Days and we will pay for the return postage.
Buyers are responsible for return postage if an item is unwanted or you changed your mind.
A refund or exchange will be available if items are returned unused, intact, un-opened and in the original packaging within 30 Days for exchange or a refund.

We’re a small family run company, who come from a long line of carpenters and joiners, you could say it’s in our blood.
Based in Rhyl, on the beautiful North Wales coast we produce made to measure wooden gates, side hung wooden garage doors and general joinery items. We began making our own range of gates and garage doors back in 1989, but our business is based on decades of carpentry and joinery expertise that stretches back over three generations. Our work today is still based on the teaching, techniques and craftsmanship of our forefathers.
