A tower bolt is a simple surface mounted bolt that screws to the door, the tower bolt is used on a surface of a door when the door sits flush with the door frame.
If you are requiring a bolt to fit to a door that sits within a frame and the door is not flush with the frame (i.e. the frame is thicker than the door) then a cranked or necked tower bolt is required.
Similar to a barrel bolt, however the tower bolt is a more heavy duty bolt and suitable for both internal and external use.
If looking for a tower type bolt to add a padlock to, then please see our range of Brenton Padbolts.
Available in a choice of black powder coated or hot spleter galvanised finish, finish of actual shoot bolt in both variations is steel.
Suppplied with a staple type receiver and fixings are available as additions.
